All clients must be on the appropriate insurance we take. They must have a SUD and MH diagnosis. We do not take sex offenses or Methadone. We also do not take high-acuity mental health as it is not within our clinical scope of practice. Most importantly, clients must be willing to enter a long-term program.

We are a licensed 2.1 level outpatient with supportive housing. Our structure mirrors an inpatient treatment, however, we have more flexibility and freedom.

We are currently contracted with the following:
Medicaid Managed Care Organizations, Coordinated Care of WA, WellPoint and United Healthcare. We do not take Medicare or Commercial insurances, currently.

We have a 2-bag limit, bags cannot be oversized, must be standard sized suitcases or duffle bags. No computers, laptops, or gaming systems. All electronic devices will be locked up until you’re eligible to have them. There are no restrictions on hygiene products or clothing. NO PILLOWS OR BLANKETS PERMITTED. It is recommended you bring shower shoes, a robe, and a shower caddy.

Cigarettes are allowed, vapes are a privilege and will be given once eligible.

Bedding, towels, meals, snacks, tobacco, and laundry services.

Our program is individualized and based on your individual treatment plan. However, you will be expected to be in programing Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. After 5pm, you will be going to 12-step groups either in or out of the facility. Groups consist of Mental Health, Substance Use, Peer Support, and Life Skills, etc. Additionally, you will be attending Day Treatment every day which consists of Art, Gym, and Yoga classes.

Yes, we allow Buprenorphine, but currently we do not take clients on methadone.
